About Vestige Photography

Founded in 2012 after conducting an impromptu senior portrait session, Vestige Photography has slowly grown to encompass maternity, newborn, family, senior, and couple’s sessions. In addition, Vestige Photography offers their services for special events including fundraisers and weddings. I strive to capture emotion; the pride in a senior’s eyes, the belly shaking laughs children can induce, the look that only two individuals madly in love know. I capture them, I save them, I deliver them. A firm believer in the positive results of superb customer service, my editing process is highly customized to each individual’s aesthetic taste.

After escaping the firm grasp of a small town (which just so happens to be one of Budget Travel’s Coolest Small Towns in America), I’ve set out to push boundaries and discover life (not extraterrestrial, but my own). I aspire to live the most successful and fulfilling life I can. I hope to accomplish this through expressing myself creatively, seeking knowledge, dancing, laughing, loving, caring, sharing, traveling, exploring my own spirituality, and much, much more. If we’re going with a basic introduction my hobbies include seeing how fast I can travel down a snowy mountain after strapping wooden planks to my feet, humiliating friends and family in public areas with my awesome hip-shaking/foot-tapping skills, and pretending to be a world-famous art-eest capturing portraits with my beloved Nikon.

Taking a more professional approach to the always awkward introduction, I was raised in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York by two incredible parents and two awesome (much older) siblings. I’m the baby of both sides of my family and it probably really shows. After living in Manhattan for four years studying Advertising and Marketing Communications, I’ve returned to the hills and the lakes I love in Western New York. I don’t sit still well so I’m always looking for a new adventure and I’m super eager to travel any and everywhere!  I love weddings and spend my free time stalking them out. I can’t watch enough lip dub proposals or homecoming videos. Bagpipes, parades, marathons, and award shows make me cry because I absolutely love beautiful team work and witnessing the actualization of others’ goals.

I love meeting new people, answering questions, and helping others in anyway that I can, so please do not hesitate to reach out!
